How it works

From an idea to your door.

  1. Make a plan.

    We talk through your needs, budget, and parts. You choose whether we shop or work with your selections.

  2. Agree on a price.

    We agree on the price and check availability before the build begins.

  3. Built. Delivered. Yours.

    Based on availability, your finished PC will be built and delivered in 2 to 3 business days.

Included with every custom build

Six months.
We've got your back.

Limited warranty coverage and tech support, with clear expectations from day one.

Read warranty and support terms
Our work is covered.
We cover problems caused by our work, including workmanship or assembly mistakes. Defective parts are handled under the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
Phone support is included.
Six months of help with basic setup and troubleshooting for the PC we built, for issues that can be resolved by phone.
On site support is separate.
On site assistance is a separate charge, except when needed to correct our own mistakes covered by this limited warranty.
